Outbound Sales · SaSame

Cold email, run carefully, for a flat monthly fee.

We are a new team. Our prices reflect that. The work does not. We build your list, write the sequences, manage deliverability and triage replies — and hand you conversations that are ready to close.

Cold email — first touch (excerpt)

From a live sequence (client and recipient redacted)
Subject: question about [REDACTED Clinic]'s recall list

Hi Dr. [REDACTED] — quick question, then I will leave you alone.

When a patient misses their 6-month recall, does anyone follow up after the first reminder, or does the chart just go quiet?

We run written-only recall follow-up for practices like yours. No software to buy, no calls with us — we draft, you approve, patients come back.

If the answer is "the chart goes quiet", reply "show me" and I will send a 1-page example of what we would send your overdue patients.

— Camille, SaSame
(Reply "no thanks" and you will never hear from us again.)

Outbound is broken at most companies for boring reasons

Not because cold email is dead — because the unglamorous parts are done badly.

  • The infrastructure tax

Domains, inboxes, warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, suppression lists. Skip any of it and your beautifully written emails land in spam. Most teams skip most of it.

  • An SDR is a six-figure bet

A fully loaded in-house SDR runs $110,000–160,000 a year before they book a single meeting. Agencies charge $1,000–5,000/month for email-only — and the good ones start at $3,000.

  • Volume thinking is over

Average B2B cold-email reply rates have fallen to roughly 3.4%. The game is now list quality and message honesty, not blast size.

Scoped work, honest reporting

Verified lists, not scraped dumps

Segment design plus verification so you are not burning domain reputation on dead addresses.

Copy reviewed before send

Every sequence is human-reviewed. Opt-outs honored without exception.

Deliverability managed

Warmup, volume caps and bounce monitoring built into the operation.

Reply triage included

We classify replies and draft responses so opportunities are never dropped.

What outbound costs everywhere else

In-house SDR$110–160k/yrFully loaded, plus 3–6 months of ramp before pipeline
Email-only agency$1,000–5,000/moOften with 3–6 month minimum commitments
Omnichannel agency$5,000–15,000/moAdds phone + LinkedIn; enterprise budgets
SaSame Outbound$990/moList building + copy + sending + reply drafting. Cancel anytime.

One closed deal at a $5k+ deal size pays for five months.

Three steps. All in writing.

Email-only delivery: no calls, no meetings. Everything arrives in writing, with a paper trail you can search later.

  1. 01

    Define the target

After checkout, reply to the intake email with your ICP. We design segments and build the verified list.

  2. 02

    Approve copy in writing

You review sequences by email before anything is sent in your name.

  3. 03

    Send, triage, hand off

We run the sends, classify replies and forward warm conversations to you — no calls, no meetings, everything in writing.

What the work actually looks like

Shown whole, with the reasoning in the margin. The words you could copy. The judgment behind every line, and the system that ships it every week, is what you are buying.

ICP brief (excerpt)

The thinking, not just the words
TARGET — Independent restaurant groups, 2–10 locations, US, using legacy payroll (ADP Run / paper hybrid signals: job posts mentioning manual timesheets).
BUYER — Owner or ops director. Pain window: tip-credit compliance and Friday payroll runs.
DISQUALIFY — Single-location, franchise corporate, existing modern payroll stack visible in job posts.
LIST SOURCE — Scraped + human-verified. We do not send to pattern-guessed addresses; they bounce 6× more and burn the domain.

Email 1 — the specific observation

With design notes
Subject: tip credits across 4 locations

Hi {FirstName},

Saw {Company} is hiring a bookkeeper who "must be comfortable with manual timesheets" — which usually means Fridays are painful.

We build payroll for restaurant groups specifically: tip-credit math, multi-location splits, and the state filings that change every January.

Worth a short email exchange? Reply and I will send a 2-paragraph summary of what switching actually involves — no call required.

Why each line is written this way

  • →Opens with proof we actually looked (their own job post), not 'hope this finds you well'
  • →Next step offered in writing, 'no call required': with busy owners this doubles replies
  • →One pain, one proof, one ask, about 60 words: respect for the inbox is the strategy

“I could write this myself.”

Anyone can write a cold email. Almost nobody runs the verified lists, separate sending domains, warm-up, suppression hygiene, reply categorization and weekly iteration that keep cold email landing in inboxes instead of spam. The words are 10% of the system. You are buying the other 90%.

No teaser. The whole thing.

Why so cheap? An honest answer

We are a new company with zero testimonials. We could fake some — plenty do — or we could price the risk honestly and let the work speak. We chose the second. These prices buy our first hundred reference clients; they will not stay this low.

We also run outbound for ourselves on the same stack you are buying — the infrastructure, suppression discipline and copy patterns are already built and paid for. You are buying marginal capacity, and the price reflects that.

Our guarantee

If the first deliverable is not useful, reply "refund" within 14 days of delivery and we return 100% of what you paid. No forms, no calls, no questions.

Plans & pricing

Flat prices. No quotes-by-phone.

Pay by card through Stripe. You get an intake email within one business day, and scope is confirmed in writing before any work starts. Every first deliverable is covered by our 14-day, one-word refund guarantee.

Honest answers

Who are you?+

SaSame SRL, a small new team in Bucharest, Romania. We run our own outbound with the same system we sell — this page is part of that funnel, which we tell you because honesty is the positioning.

Why so cheap?+

AI handles the heavy lifting (research, drafting, triage), a human reviews everything outbound. We are new and priced accordingly. Deliverability discipline is not discounted.

Is cold email legal?+

B2B cold email is legal in the US under CAN-SPAM when done correctly: accurate sender, truthful subject, working opt-out, physical address. We build all of that in, and opt-outs are honored permanently.

What does email-only mean?+

You approve copy, receive reports and hand off conversations all in writing. No calls, no meetings, no Slack. Everything is documented.

How do I cancel?+

Reply "cancel" or use the Stripe portal link in your receipt. End of billing period. Your domain, list and sequences remain yours.

What happens after I pay?+

Intake email within one business day. Setup (domain, warmup, list) takes about 2 weeks before first sends — rushing this part burns domains, so we do not.

Start with one scoped piece of work.

We are a new team. Our prices reflect that. The work does not. Pick a plan, or email us your situation first. Both paths end in writing.
